Scope:Structural design & construction of substructure & superstructure of ten (10) multi-(4&5) storey buildings to accommodate 4-star hotel rooms. Four buildings sit on slab-on-grade foundations and 3 buildings on piled foundations. Superstructure is reinforced concrete using the FORSA formwork system.
