residential buildings on a 2.4ha site. Forty (40) apartments
per building. Total of 160 apartments. 
Building Gross Floor Area: 5151 sq.m. x 4 = 20, 604 sq.m.
Super-Structure: Cast-in-Place reinforced concrete
superstructure using the FORSA aluminium formwork system.
Sub-Structure: Post-Tensioned foundation and ground floor slab.
Our scope included all building and external infrastructure
services and civil works: potable water and sewerage network; stormwater drainage; roadways; underground electrical and telecommunication network, landscaping.
