Upgrade of the Orthopaedic Ward of the San Fernando General Hospital.

South West Regional Health Authority, Ministry of Health, Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Scope:

Completion works to the open space at Level 4 of a new wing of the hospital to provide in-patient accommodation for adults requiring orthopaedic care and general surgical care. Works involved high level of complex mechanical, electrical and specialist services, interior construction and finishes, while working in an active hospital environment.
Fit-Out of ‘shell’ building into four ward blocks: Day Surgery and Orthopaedic Male and Female Wards. Installation of four new elevators, chilled water air condition system, air handler units and Electrical and Mechanical installations.
