Scope:

Design and Build of a 2-storey building with all internal building services and external civil infrastructure and services provided, including a waste water treatment plant of capacity 1513.71 gpd.
Super-Structure: Reinforced concrete structure using the FORSA aluminium formwork system.
Sub-Structure: Reinforced concrete floating foundation.
Number of Stories: Two (Ground floor 931m squared and first floor 952m squared.)
Site Area: 0.3083 ha
Gross Floor Area: 1, 883 sqm.
