Scope:

New Build of two (2) buildings to accommodate 240 students: a main classroom and administrative building block and a music hall/pan theatre block.
Car parking is at ground level below the blocks.
Super-Structure is Cast-in-Place reinforced concrete using the FORSA aluminium formwork system.
All Civil and Building services infrastructure included.
Total Floor Area: 1985 sq.m. (21, 366 sq.ft.)
Start Date: February 2013
Completion Date: February 2016
