Scope: Design and Build of 541 no. 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom single family residential units on a 50 ha greenfield site.


Sub-structure – Reinforced concrete columns on augered piles.
Super-structure – Cast-in-place reinforced concrete using the FORSA aluminium formwork system.


Our contract included all electrical, plumbing and telecommunications services and civil works (cut & fill, potable water, sewerage, stormwater drainage, roadway) infrastructure, including a sewage treatment plant of 3,354 cubic meters per day peak capacity.
