Super-Structure: Cast-in-place reinforced concrete superstructure using the FORSA aluminium formwork system.
Sub-Structure: Post-Tensioned system for foundation and ground floor slab.
Our scope included all building and external infrastructure services and civil works: extensive cut and fill; potable water and sewerage network; stormwater drainage and detention ponds; roadways; underground electrical and telecommunication network.
